Charges
I do not charge for call out and operate a no fix no fee policy.
If I fix the problem then there is a minimum charge of £30 which included the first hours support, Aftern the first hour additional time is charged at £10 per 20 mins.
Remote Online Support
One of the best support options is the Remote Online Support option. With this option I set up your PC with some software that allows me to support your machine over the internet. I charge a one off setup fee for this where i will have to visit your property. I will also do a health check on your system. (£30 Charge).
this then allows me to sign in remotely from anywhee when called by you and investigate the problem. Charges for signing in are £10 Per 20mins
